The Kingdom is like a landowner with many workers

Commentary
The hope for salvation is held out to all equally. By this it is meant that whomever draws unto righteousness is promised the reward of everlasting life in the Kingdom of God. To our human way of thinking, it may seem that those who give much should deservedly reap a greater reward than those obviously less able to give. For example, we may imagine that one who goes into the ministry will have a huge mansion in heaven, while one who does less will have a more modest dwelling. Yet, Jesus taught that it may not be that clear as it may seem to us. For that reason we should be content with the hope of salvation that is promised and strive to that end everyday of our own lives. Let us not be concerned if others seem able to do more, or less, for sharing the same hope. Let us be glad that salvation is open to all at whatever stage of life they may be drawn to the Lord and feel blessed for whatever will be our share and place in it. Remember the widow's mite.

Of everyone who seeks salvation, will those who came last have the same reward as those who came first and gave much? Is that good?
